Request Training through Parent Portal on Magellan
If you are struggling with access to the Parent Portal please ask your Divisions Training Officer for help.
Upload and verify documents on Magellan
Parents can complete this step through the Parent Portal.
Seek help from your division's Training Officer if needed.
Even if you apply early, your billet is not secure until payment is received. Space is limited.
Submit Payment
The training billet is not secured until we have processed the payment.
The USN requires the waiver form that can be found on Magellan with the Welcome Letter. Cadets arriving without it cannot remain on the base.
Welcome Letter
Print and read the Welcome Letter, found on Magellan. Read it multiple times and you'll find answers to 99.9% of your questions.
IMPORTANT REMINDER
With the exception of the US Navy (USN) Waiver and the Graduation Guest list found on page 11 of the Welcome Letter, all documents must uploaded into the Magellan system.
The USN Waiver should be in your Personal Service Record next to your orders.
"Getting your uniforms in order is a top priority! Don't wait until the last minute to get squared away. All name tapes and flashes should be properly affixed to your uniforms. Dress Uniforms should be CLEAN with proper flash. Break in your BOOTS!"
