Don't over complicate this requirement. Cadets can have any combination of NWU or CCU uniforms. The reason for three is sets is as simple as it can get very hot and laundry time can be limited and unpredictable. Three sets will help ensure cadets have fresh clothing to wear everyday. Two sets can stretch thin over the ten days and begin to have a not so pleasant oder.
